Due to the exceptional and complicated situation that is being experienced in Spain and worldwide caused by COVID-19, we inform all our guests of the following information and decisions made by our hotel chain, following the instructions of the Government and the Ministry of Health and with the only purpose of protecting the entire population in general:
From yesterday, the HM Jaime III and HM Balanguera establishments remain closed until further notice, following the same situation as soon as possible also the HM Gran Fiesta hotel.
The hotels that remained closed for the winter season and were scheduled to open in the coming weeks, postpone their opening until further notice.
The situation of the hotels in the Dominican Republic and Mexico will be updated locally as communicated by the institutions of each country, currently keeping the establishments open with all the security and hygiene measures established by their governments.
All guests who have scheduled a reservation in our hotels for the next few weeks, can contact the reservations department of HM Hotels by email at bookinghm@hmhotels.net, where they will be attended in case they want to cancel or change the date of their reservations.
